About Me

My name is Daniel Sechler. I am a Chemical Engineering student at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. Outside of school, I have worked as a Quality Assurance Intern for Agropur. I specialized in process improvement.

What I learned most from my time at Agropur is limiting waste benefits everyone. Not only does the company saves money, but the environment stays cleaner. I am writing this blog on the areas Chemical Engineering is addressing the need for renewable processes. The goal of this platform is to show that renewable processing is functional, feasible, and necessary.
